A little more about me
- I’m a certified acupuncturist and Qigong teacher with a practice in the Hudson Valley, NY and am grateful to be a lifelong learner on the path of Chinese medicine — a centuries old tradition that continually inspires me.
- I’ve always been fascinated by the healing arts and natural living — even from a young age, I would spend hours wandering through holistic bookshops.
- Having navigated and healed my own struggles with an eating disorder and compulsive exercise, I know firsthand the challenge of trusting our bodies and food. This experience fuels my work helping women rediscover balance, peace, and joy in their bodies
- I co-lead Emotional + Energy Healing retreats with my husband, Brett, where we combine coaching with meditation, music, and movement.
- I'm a proud mom of twin daughters and stepmom to a wonderful son
- My favorite things to do are dancing, taking walks, and sitting on my deck in the morning, soaking in nature.
- Even though I love cooking, I can be quite messy in the kitchen, and love to create simple, easy ways to prepare nourishing meals.
